Candy is the Program Coordinator for PA KinConnector, she brings decades of experience supporting children and families, along with a deeply personal connection to kinship care. Raised by her grandmother, Rosey, she knows firsthand the stability, love, and sense of belonging that kinship care can provide. Her lived experience has shaped both her life and her passion for supporting kinship families across Pennsylvania.
